While there were many outstanding candidates in 2019, the Coach of the Year Award, as voted by his peers, goes to …. Dan McCall!! Throughout the season, Dan has continuously linked relevant training theory and coaching principles to improve the level of performance of his team and individual players, provided individual support & was a mentor to many other coaches throughout the club, and has encompassed a positive image of coaching and the role of the Coach throughout the home and away season. We are incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing coach, and a genuinely great bloke among us, and we look forward to seeing great things from the U17s again in 2020 as they prepare for Senior Footy. Congrats Dan!
