James Merlino MP: Thrilled to turn the soil yesterday for the Elizabeth Bridge Recreation Reserve upgrade which will provide vital services to our growing community and much needed training facilities for Montrose Football Netball Club and Kilsyth Cricket Club thanks to a grant from our Growing Suburbs Fund in partnership with Yarra Ranges Council.
Construction started today on an improved playing surface, drinking fountains, and the provision of temporary toilets and change rooms. We’re also sprucing up the Reserve with better-lit paths, more seating, a refreshed play area, fitness equipment and carpark extension.
